"Honda has made some progress in France compared to the season-opening weekend in Marrakesh, which is well that both races could sit in on the podium in both races and have been for some time.

The first race Gabriele Tarquini and Yvan Muller lerajtolta also Norbert Michelisz, the Italian and eventually finished third. The second race Tiago Monteiro has led to more than five seconds over, but the worst moment sent in the security area. Yet the JAS team boss said it was the victory in the deck.

"In the second race we hit the perfect settings, and he could have won the race, but the safety car ruined Tiago's lead" -
said Alessandro Mariani.

Although the backlog decreased compared to the Citroen undoubtedly remain painfully high, the French advantage. Mariani However, according to many is the Honda.

"A lot of ideas have you, that is just waiting to test and try. Of course, a lot of work ahead of us, but we are happy because we see the potential benefits even in the Civic. " "We too have a difficult time, but I feel a lot better than a couple of days ago" -
concluded Mariani.

Daisuke Horiuchi, Honda Motor is planning chief engineer said after the weekend, and said he thought the two third-place corresponds to the current state of the Civic.

"We collected data is important for both dry and wet conditions, and significant progress has been achieved as start sites, which spectacularly good driveability of the car"

A week and a half due Hungaroring weekend in addition to the extra weight system is put in place, which will further reduce the Citroen offers. We also learned that the Spanish test is not a spur of the moment thing to put together, but the French brand predetermined stop-year test program. When I planned, I have not been 100% sure that they will be successful in the introduction, so it was reasonable to insert a round in the first meaningful break.

The Citroen Racing has not identified any specific areas that focus on explicit Valencia.

Finally, it is also learned that not previously álcafestésben conspicuous test car used by Muller but one race car circling for three days.

Honda, Lada and Chevrolet get maximum weight break

"The Honda Civic WTCC, Chevrolet RML Cruze TC1 and Lada Granta Sport have all been awarded the maximum possible drop in compensation weight by the FIA for the next round of the FIA World Touring Car Championship at Budapest, leaving the Citroën C-Elysée WTCCs on the maximum of 1,160kg.

All four models of car began the season on 1,160kg as they were new models competing in the Championship, but after the qualifying and race performances of the cars have been evaluated after Marrakech and Paul Ricard, the WTCC’s system of compensation weight now comes into force, which aims to help smooth out, but not completely balance out, the differences in performance between the models.

With Citroën having put on a dominant display, with two pole positions and four race victories, with fastest laps in every race, the French manufacturer will unsurprisingly remain at 1,160kg for Budapest, while their three rivals will be able to drop to the new lowest possible weight of 1,100kg. This will be the lowest weight a WTCC car has run since the Championship began, thanks to the lower base weight of the new TC1 class cars.

The average lap time difference between the Citroën C-Elysée and RML’s Chevrolet Cruze was judged to be the closest, at 1.6 seconds per standardised lap, with the Honda just behind on 1.8. The Lada Granta is on average 3.1 seconds off the pace, with the two fastest laps of each car type used for the FIA’s calculation."Em TouringCarTimes | Honda, Lada and Chevrolet get maximum weight break
