Estive a investigar e desde 2004 é obrigatório em PT em todos os carros novos.

Correcto.

Inicialmente, seria para ser implementado em Janeiro de 2003, no entanto, depois sofreu atraso e só passou a ser obrigatório desde Julho de 2004.

Já agora:

Autohoje - Europa - ABS será obrigatório a partir de 2003
