As cadeias de televisão deviam ser multadas por terminarem séries assim :(

The same can be said for another one of the network's freshman dramas, "Last Resort," whose cancellation was more surprising. The series centered on a Navy SEALs submarine crew who wound up on an island after surviving an attack, and was critically well-received.

But being scheduled at 8 p.m. on Thursdays did "Last Resort" zero favors, and, like "666," will finish out its 13 episodes before heading off the air. If you're a fan, Variety notes that ABC hasn't closed the door completely on the possibility of resurrecting the series at some point in the future

A Robin não pode ser a mãe. Sempre que começou com o Ted a dizer, "Kids.. bla bla bla", ele refere-se à Robin como se refere Barney e aos outros, como tios; "your uncle Barney", "your aunt Robin", etc.

E imagina que dizia assim: E foi assim meninas que a vossa tia se tornou vossa mâe.

Sinceramente nem sei o que pensar acerca da série atualmente porque acompanhei desde o inicio e sempre gostei muito.

Sex, Death and the Meaning of Life

Why does an atheist bother to get up in the morning?

That's the question Richard Dawkins seeks to answer as he continues his exploration of the big questions of life in a world shaking off religious faith.


In a journey that takes him from the casinos of Las Vegas to Buddhist monasteries in the foothills of the Himalayas, Richard Dawkins examines how both religious and non-religious people struggle to find meaning in their lives.


He looks at how our existence is ruled by chance, meeting people whose fate was to be born into extreme poverty in India's slums and the survivors of a natural disaster in Joplin, Missouri, a city ripped apart in 2011 by a tornado on a random course.


In the face of what appears to be a blindly indifferent universe, Dawkins argues that we each have to forge our own sense of meaning.


He meets the comedian Ricky Gervais, an atheist since the age of seven, for whom meaning comes through doing something creative.


For Dawkins, it is the awe and wonder in scientific enquiry - from the human genome to the quest for the Higgs Boson - that get him up in the morning.

A série de TV tem alguma aproximação à BD, mas anda um pouco afastada... aproveita alguns factos.

Bem, já passei os olhos na BD toda do TWD.

Aquilo é muito forte..... chiça..... a série de TV é muito soft comparada com a BD.
