A história desta 159 é algo..atribulada!

Tudo começou em março de 2009 com a encomenda de um Opel Insignia 2.0 160cv Cosmo que acabaria de ser entregue em junho desse mesmo ano...

O carro, com excepção do motor, tornou-se um verdadeiro "poço de problemas", e, pior, sem solução!

Fomos enganados pelo vendedor da Opel, descaradamente, na compra do carro, que nos disse, até março deste ano que o carro tinha "opel eye", e, afinal, não tinha!

Na oficina, por várias vezes disseram "falta vir o software" da Alemanha para que isso funcione...

Até que nos "passamos" e metemos o nosso advogado a tratar de tudo!

Fomos muito mal tratados pela concessão (Alvescar-MCoutinho), o Administrador assumiu, mas ao telefone, que o vendedor "mentiu", mas nada fez!

A GM Portugal, nada fez!

No dia em que o carro foi tentar resolver os 500.000 barulhos parasitas, não tiveram a decência de colocar um carro de cortesia (teve la 2 dias) à disposição...mas levaram-nos à central de camionagem mais próxima!

Falamos de coisas destas! Sem o mínimo bom sendo, sem o mínimo sentido de fidelização de clientes.

O vendedor chegou a dizer "mas eu conheço-o de algum lado???"..falamos de alguém, que dizendo isto, não é despedido!

Por isso, com a venda do Opel, vai-se um conjunto de problemas com ele, mas fica o "amargo" por algo que custou 43 mil e que se tornou um pesadelo sobre rodas!

Prometi a mim mesmo, para onde for vou levar o nome Alvescar e Opel na boca! E espalhar...entretanto, consegui demover um cliente a comprar um Astra nessa concessão, já ganhei para o Opel eye!!! [:D][:D]

Eu tambem comprei uma 159 SW em Fevereiro passado, e estou super contente com a mesma.

É um carro único, com um comportamento fantástico.

Só tenho um ponto negativo a apontar, que é o peso da carroceria que se faz sentir, e consequentemente, os efeitos nos consumos.

Achei muito curioso todas as tuas descrições sobre o Insignia. Nao fazia idéia... :confused:

If this story sounds familiar, that's because we've seen it before: Alfa Romeo will arrive in the United States with a sportscar that will spearhead the arrival of a broader range of models. That was the line with the 8C Competizione, but that model has come and gone without its junior stablemates. And when Alfa unveiled the 4C Concept in Geneva a couple of months ago, that was the story once again: not only would it see production, but it would headline the marque's return to the North American market.

Now we've got a few more details, though. Rather than bringing over existing models like the MiTo and Giulietta, Alfa Romeo is hard at work preparing new models specifically for American tastes. One model is expected to be an SUV based on the Jeep Grand Cherokee – leaving us to wonder if this will come instead of, or in addition to Maserati's rumored version. But beyond that is the new Giulia sedan that will replace the 159.

The project was reportedly well under way until the design landed on Fiat/Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne's desk, prompting him to order a full redesign. Apparently the styling was rather derivative and lackluster. For his part, the company's experienced styling chief Lorenzo Ramaciotti says he and his team are doing the best they can with what they're given: the company's Compact Wide architecture based on the Giulietta's platform, which Ramaciotti says is like designing a suit for a fat lady instead of a model.

The literal "back to the drawing board" order from Marchionne's office may lead to further setbacks, so to keep your interest piqued we've dug up this rather intriguing video of the 4C Concept heading from the studio to the show floor in high speed. Estes resultados referem-se apenas aos principais mercados europeus, faltam contudo os resultados da Áustria e Turquia por exemplo. De referir ainda que, apesar da AR ter subido muito as vendas na Alemanha (superando a média do mercado,) a AR Alemanha acaba de lançar uma nova versão de equipamento do Giulietta, denominada Super.



É claro que, e não me canso de o escrever, os resultados seriam ainda melhores se a versão SW fosse rapidamente introduzida no mercado, juntamente com o Mito 5p! Isso daria ainda mais condições ao mercado para receber convenientemente a futura mana Giulia![;)]

Jeep muito bem, Dodge e Ram bem mas Chrysler...mal: o 200 e 300C estão a começar a vender-se agora e terá que se esperar por melhores dias!



 Canadá (Abril 2011):

Chrysler: 2533 unidades +40.4%
Dodge: 16335 unidades +2.7%
Jeep: 4280 unidades +46.9%
Fiat: 889 unidades

 Presume-se que muitas das vendas do 500 sejam matriculações feitas pelos concessionários, mas não consegui apurar nada oficial. O que é indesmentível é o sucesso da politica de Sérgio Marchionne e, sendo assim, mal posso esperar por 2012 para ver também as novidades europeias![kiss]

Alfa Romeo will finally enter the lucrative SUV market late next year with a model that will be crucial to the future success of the brand under Fiat ownership.

Codenamed C-SUV and previewed here in Autocar’s artist’s rendering, the new SUV will take on the likes of the BMW X3 and the Audi Q5.

Its arrival can’t come soon enough for Alfa Romeo, which Fiat has conceded to investors needs “significant additional work” if it is to be repositioned as a volume manufacturer to rival Audi and BMW in Europe and, in time, North America.

With the niche GT, Brera and Spider models now discontinued, Alfa sells just four models in Europe: the Mito and Giulietta, plus the ageing 159 saloon and estate.

The two 159 models will be replaced by the new Giulia range in the first quarter of 2013, and a new five-door Mito will follow in the same year, as will the flagship 4C sports car. A year later the Giulietta will get a facelift before the new range is completed with a large Jeep Grand Cherokee-based SUV.

Fiat first revealed its plans for Alfa Romeo after its merger with Chrysler last year. By 2014 Fiat expects Alfa Romeo to be selling 500,000 units per year, a drastic increase from the 112,000 it sold in 2010. By comparison, Audi sold 125,700 units in March 2011 alone.

The C-SUV will be the first new Alfa Romeo since last year’s Giulietta. It is currently scheduled to go into production at Fiat’s Mirafiori plant in Turin in late 2012 alongside its sister car, a new Jeep that will replace both the Compass and Patriot compact SUVs.

Annual production of the two cars at Mirafiori will be 280,000 units. Alfa will take a minimum of 100,000 — half for Europe and half for the US.

As our sketch reveals, the design of the Alfa SUV will blend both Mito and Giulietta cues, particularly at the front end, with its exaggerated grille. This theme, first seen on the 156, will carry over into all of Alfa’s imminent new models, including the 4C and Giulia.

Underpinning Alfa’s first-ever off-roader will be Fiat’s Compact Plus Global Modular Architecture, an extended version of the Giulietta’s platform that supports four-wheel drive.

Fiat hopes the C-SUV’s underpinnings will allow it to be the most dynamic on the road in its class. Senior Fiat engineers have said that despite the platform’s modularity, it can still be tuned for Alfa’s sporty driving dynamics.

High-strength steels are used for 90 per cent of the platform, and lightweight crash structures feature front and rear. The MacPherson strut front/multi-link rear suspension set-up features extensive use of aluminium to save weight. Off-road performance will be at the Nissan Qashqai end of the class rather than the Land Rover Freelander’s.

This will allow for greater differentiation between the Alfa and Jeep sister cars, with the latter marketed at those who will occasionally take their cars off road.

Both front-drive and all-wheel-drive versions of the SUV will be offered. As with the Giulia, the SUV’s petrol engines will make use of Fiat’s Multiair 2 technology to offer low CO2 emissions and improved fuel economy and performance.

The diesels will benefit from Fiat’s Multijet 2 technology, which works with Multiair in induction and combustion to significantly reduce NOx pollution.

Entry-level engines are likely to include a new 1750 TC GDI petrol unit with around 200bhp and a 140bhp 2.0-litre JTDm diesel. The range-topper could be powered by Alfa’s forthcoming 273bhp 3.3-litre version of the new Chrysler Pentastar V6, which would be mated to a new torque-vectoring all-wheel drive transmission. Expect the C-SUV range to be completed by 220bhp and 250bhp versions of a new 3.0-litre V6 diesel.

The C-SUV has been earmarked as a key car for Alfa’s US relaunch in 2013. But Fiat is waiting until the 4C is in production, in 2013, before taking Alfa back to the US for the first time since 1995 because it knows success there is vital for Alfa’s longevity. The 4C, which could be built in the US, would be a fine flagship in a country still captivated by the Alfa Spider from the 1960s film The Graduate.

Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne is targeting 85,000 Alfa sales per year in the US from 2014. Such is Marchionne’s desire to get Alfa’s relaunch in the US right that he recently admitted to investors that he didn’t like the Giulia’s initial design, forcing a delay that will push the car’s launch back to spring 2013.

Resumindo: O Suv/crossover compacto com base na plataforma do Giulietta chega no proximo ano, mas será em 2013 que veremos grande actividade na Alfa, com o lançamento do 4C, do Giulia e do Mito 5p, sendo também o ano de regresso ao mercado americano.

Chegou hoje à garagem cá de casa a 159 SW TI!

A ver se em breve coloco aqui umas fotos do bicho!

Gosto especialmente do alumínio na consola central e no volante!

@blackalfa: de facto é verdade. O Insignia foi um pesadelo...com final feliz!

Já está nas garagens da Alfa, para dele fazerem o que quiserem! Não deixa saudades, nem o carro nem a Alvescar/MCoutinho!

Só me falta ir mostrar ao vendedor da Opel a carrinha, porque o "pensador", numa das conversas, elevando o tom de voz disse-me. "se quer um carro novo compre-o"! Ora, eu não queria um carro novo, só queria que um carro com menos de 2 anos não fizesse (tantos) barulhos por dentro, e só queria que ele me tivesse dito que mentiu deliberadamente!!! Só isso...[:D][:D]
